Police Page

The Village has it's own Community Beat Officer in the form of Police Constable Alan Day. Alan has 12 years service in the police force, 5 of which were spent with the CID at Divisional Police Headquarters at Salisbury police station. He has served the Whiteparish, West Dean and Pitton and Farley areas since December 2000.

Since the sale of the Wiltshire Police Authority police house, which was located within the village, the local Beat Officer has, and still does, operate from Alderbury police station, 3 miles North West of the Village.
